Wells Fargo Opens Chandler Facility

CHANDLER, ARIZ. -

In June 2004, San Francisco-based Wells Fargo will begin relocating 2000 members of the company’s Services team to a new 400,000-sf facility sited on 6.25 acres in Ocotillo Corporate Center in Chandler, Ariz. The $75-million, two-building facility is the first phase of a potentially one million-sf development that could house 7,000 Wells Fargo employees.
