GOSHEN, N.Y. -

Orange Regional Medical Center is planning to break ground on a 606,000-sf, $372-million hospital facility in November of 2007. The seven-story, 374-bed building will be located on a 61-acre vacant site in Wallkill, N.Y., and is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2011.
