As proposed by the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, Convergys is considering a 1 million-sf "urban campus" headquarters on two blocks of The Banks riverfront development. Most of the planned office space would be located on top of an existing garage. Convergys has been seeking a location for its new headquarters since last summer. The Cincinnati-based billing-services company is seeking a campus-type site of up to 100 acres where it plans to consolidate 950 Norwood, Ohio, call-center employees with its 1,200 downtown Cincinnati workers.
