ZymoGenetics Breaks Ground on Seattle Addition

SEATTLE -

Biotech company ZymoGenetics broke ground in early April 2003 on a 70,000-sf addition to its Seattle complex, bringing the company's presence up to 228,000sf. Designed by MBT Architecture, the $26-million project is designed for future growth and will house laboratories and offices. The four-story facility is slated for completion in May 2004 and is being built by Turner Construction.
