Delaware Investments Completes Philadelphia Headquarters Fit-Out

PHILADELPHIA -

Delaware Investments has completed the 380,000-sf fit-out of its new headquarters at One and Two Commerce Square in Philadelphia. The facility features a 22,000-sf corporate training center, a two-story glass enclosed Investor Center, a 105-seat auditorium, and a 13,000-sf computer server room. The facilities feature an open floor plan with few private offices. The project architect was Ewing Cole Cherry Brott of Philadelphia.
