WASHINGTON, D.C. - The D.C. Housing Authority has awarded Hensel-Phelps Construction the design-build contract to construct the Youth Services Center in Washington. The 120,000-sf detention facility will be constructed with HOK as lead designer. The project is slated for completion in May 2004.
