U.S. Navy Constructs Product Development Facility in Indiana

CRANE, IND. -

The U.S. Navy has awarded Korte Construction Co . of St. Louis the $9.1-million contract to design and build the Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Product Assurance and Technology Management Facility in Crane, Ind. Housing general office space, engineering, test and evaluation laboratories, and prototype laboratories, the single story, 58,369-sf building is expected to reach completion by December 2006.
