DUBLIN, CALIF. - Sybase, the e-business software and database maker, has relocated 1,000 employees from Emeryville, Calif., to its new 406,000-sf headquarters in Dublin. Wilcox Development Services developed the two-buildings, which are connected by a bridge. Administrative staff is housed in one building; engineering staff, a day care center and fitness center are housed in the other. The day care center, scheduled to open in March, will accommodate up to 52 children, whose parents can watch them via a Web cam.
