PULLMAN, WASH. - Washington State University has received a $25 million grant from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support the construction of a facility for the School for Global Animal Health in Pullman. The $35 million building will house research laboratories for the study of zoonotic diseases, emerging pathogen detection, and vaccine development.
