Linc Facility Services, a leader in technology and high-value facility management and operational support services, announced that it has been awarded a five-year contract to provide comprehensive facility management services to The Colburn School, a prestigious performing arts institute located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Under the agreement, Linc will provide single-source, facility management that includes on-site technical operations and maintenance; planning and construction management; security services; administrative services; and work order management to the multi-building campus.

The newly expanded, 430,400-square-foot campus includes acoustically isolated teaching and performance spaces, a 200-seat performance lab, a 4,000-square-foot rehearsal hall, library facilities, teaching studios, classrooms, residential student housing, a student lounge, and a café.
