WASHINGTON -

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has selected Dietz Construction to build-out its new 650,000-sf headquarters facility at Station Place in Washington, D.C. Interior construction is slated to begin in fall of 2003 and reach completion in November 2004. The building will accommodate executive-level and administrative staff, judges chambers, hearing rooms, and a data center. The SEC has also pre-leased a second 400,000-sf facility at Station Place that is expected to reach completion in 2005, bringing the SEC's total footprint to over 1 million sf.
