MANSFIELD, TEXAS - Methodist Health System of Dallas is planning to construct a $100-million general acute-care hospital in Mansfield, Texas. Housing emergency room services, surgical accommodations, and 80 private rooms, the facility will be constructed on more than one million sf and will complement Methodist’s planned imaging center and physician offices in Midlothian. Construction is expected to begin by November 2004; the hospital could become operational in 28 months to three years.
