BALTIMORE, MD. - Johns Hopkins Hospital has completed the design of a new $47-million complex to be located in Baltimore, Md. Linked to the existing campus and the planned cardiovascular care tower and children’s hospital by a pedestrian bridge, the complex will include a 750,000-sf parking garage with 2,200 spaces, a 24-truck loading dock, a service tunnel, a central kitchen, and a distribution center. Designed by Thornton-Tomasetti-Cutts of Washington, D.C., the project is expected to reach completion in 2005.
