The Technology Park of Greater Louisville will continue its revitalization with the addition of retail businesses and warehouse space. The 142-acre former Naval Ordnance Station site, managed by Titan Research & Development, is becoming a multi-use commercial and industrial park. Titan plans to spend between $75 and $100 million over the next ten years on the site. Expansion plans include the construction of a new 60,000-sf building in spring 2005 which will deliver in one year.
