LA PORTE, IND. - Clarian Health broke ground on a $1.2 million expansion of La Porte Hospital Community Health Center (CHC) in November of 2008. Located in La Porte, Ind., the project will create six additional exam rooms, a laboratory, and a community education classroom. The expansion will enable CHC to provide additional outpatient care, imaging, diagnostic treatment, and dental services. Completion is slated for October of 2009.
