HUNTSVILLE, ALA. - The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms broke ground on the National Center for Explosives Training and Research in Huntsville, Ala., in November of 2008. Slated for completion in 2010, the facility is located at the Redstone Arsenal and will include three explosive ranges, eight classrooms, a conference room, laboratories, and offices.
