Lipomed To Occupy New Headuarters

RALEIGH, N.C. -

LipoMed will consolidate its three Raleigh locations in a new headquarters for the biotech company at the Parker Business Center, where Phase I construction is complete. A nearby 40,000-sf shell building has been fitted-up and is ready for move-in. An adjacent 33,000-sf shell building will be upfitted, and a 12,000-sf connector built in Phase II of the project.
