The City of San Antonio has awarded Ross & Baruzzini of St. Louis the design contract for the new 30,000-sf, $25 million joint City/County Emergency Management Services Facility and Operations Center. Ross & Baruzzini will serve as an advisor during construction and manage all subcontractors for the design-build project. In partnership with San Antonio-based Facility Programming and Consulting, Ross & Baruzzini will also provide overall program management for the project, which will combine emergency management resources for the City of San Antonio and Bexar County, relocation of the City's 311 Customer Call Center, and the creation of a back-up data center.
