ATLANTA -
Georgia Institute of Technology is building Technology Square, a 1,109,000-gsf mixed-use development at Midtown. Slated for completion in August 2003, the $179-million project will house the Dupree College of Management, Executive Education Center, Economic Development Institute, Global Learning Center, a 250-room hotel and conference center, retail, and parking. Developed by Jones Lang LaSalle, Technology Square is being designed by architect Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates, with Holder/Hardin JV Construction Company as contractor. Additionally, the Advanced Technology Development Center will occupy 165,000-sf of business incubator and administrative space in the adjacent two-building Centergy development.
