ORLANDO, FLA. - Nemours has selected Skanska USA Building as construction manager for a $400 million pediatric hospital in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, Fla. Sited on 60 acres near University of Central Florida's College of Medicine and the Burnham Institute for Medical Research, the 600,000-sf project will break ground in 2009 and reach completion in 2012.
