DAYTON, OHIO - Miami Valley Hospital has selected a joint venture of
Skanska USA Building and
Shook Construction as construction manager for the 484,000-sf Heart Tower in Dayton, Ohio. Ground was broken on the $135 million facility in May of 2008 with completion slated for late 2010. Designed by
NBBJ, the tower will include a comprehensive heart center, 180 private patient rooms, cardiac surgery suites, and a cardiac intervention center.
