The facility will also provide inpatient and outpatient women's health services including birthing facilities, a breast care and imaging center, as well as an ambulatory procedure center and two 41-bed nursing floors. The tower will be constructed using base isolator technology to meet Seismic Zone 4 standards. Architect for the project is Taylor & Associates Architects of Newport Beach, Calif.
