LIVERMORE, CALIF. - Semiconductor manufacturer Lam Research Corp. will relocate 350 workers to a leased two-building complex in Livermore, Calif. The facility was previously owned and occupied by KLA-Tencor Corp. Each building has a footprint of 120,000-sf. Lam will maintain its current headquarters in Fremont, Calif.
