The first two floors will accommodate Arizona State University's department of biomedical informatics, with the top two floors housing laboratory space for the University of Arizona’s Phoenix medical school. Future plans for the joint university biomedical campus include construction of the Translational Genomics Research Institute, a second biomedical research building, and a medical-education building.
