The University of Texas at Brownsville is planning to construct the $34 million Science and Technology Learning Center in Brownsville, Texas. Designed by SHW Group with Research Facilities Design (RFD) as laboratory design consultant, the center will provide six research laboratories, offices and a vivarium for faculty and graduate student research in the areas of infectious disease, cancer, neuroscience, and animal science.
