Bank of America Opens Hearst Tower Trading Floor

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -

Bank of America Corp. is opening a 60,000-sf trading floor in the Hearst Tower in Charlotte, N.C. Natural light will be maximized by a wall of glass to illuminate the operation, which will house 550 traders, salespeople, and computer technicians. An additional trading facility featuring multiple floors is being constructed in the Bank of America Tower in New York; completion is expected in 2008.
