Lindenwood University has selected Hastings+Chivetta to design its $30-million fine and performing arts center sited on 40 acres in St. Charles, Mo. The 130,000-sf facility will house a 1,200-seat auditorium; a gallery; a 100- to 150-seat theater; office space; classrooms; band and practice rooms; and space for the university's televsion station. Completion is expected in two and a half years.
