Grady Health Plans Spalding Children's Hospital Expansion

ATLANTA -

Grady Health System is planning a $3.4-million expansion of its Hughes Spalding Children's Hospital in Atlanta. Pending state approval, the upgrade will redesign existing space, adding 8,000 sf to the central pediatric intensive care unit and urgent care center. The expansion will house additional clinical staff and family waiting room space, including new parental sleeping quarters.
