LAKE CITY, FLA. - New Millennium Building Systems has broken ground on a 252,000-sf steel fabrication plant in Lake City, Fla. The annual production capacity of the $30-million facility will be approximately 70,000 tons of joists, trusses, and girders, and nearly 50,000 tons of steel roof and floor decking. New Millennium is a subsidiary of Indiana-based Steel Dynamics Inc.
