NEW YORK—In response to federal and state government initiatives against biological and chemical terrorism, Kroll Inc. SpinCon ® has already been deployed in more than 125 indoor and outdoor venues and, most recently, was selected for use by U.S. Postal Service in the pilot-test of an automated bio-agent detection system for large-scale automated mail sorting equipment.
