Environmental Health & Engineering Honored with Award
NEWTON, MA--October 21, 2002--R&D Magazine recently honored the team of Environmental Health & Engineering (EH&E) and Aircuity with a prestigious R&D 100 award for its Aircuity Portable Indoor Air Quality Evaluation System.
The Aircuity Portable Indoor Air Quality Evaluation System is an automated indoor air pollution monitoring system that measures and interprets data employing a user-friendly and secure Web-based data analysis system. This enables building management to diagnose and maintain air quality without the expense and delay of on-site technical personnel.
EH&E's contribution to the new Aircuity system drew upon its expertise in building science and engineering and its vast project experience of more than 5,200 building studies. According to John F. McCarthy, President of EH&E, "We are thrilled to be a part of the Aircuity Portable Indoor Air Quality Evaluation System development team, and excited about its emergence into the marketplace. We are honored to accept this award along with Aircuity."
Founded in 1988, EH&E provides a single source for comprehensive engineering and safety services for high performance environments, including healthcare, biotechnology, research and development, educational, and commercial facilities.
