NORWALK, Conn.--EMCOR Group will now provide technical services for operation and maintenance of more than 2,460 facilities managed by CB Richard Ellis. The combination of EMCOR's mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services with CB Richard Ellis' real estate management will offer a broad range of services to their mutual clients who occupy more than 70 million sf of space in 30 states across the U.S. EMCOR already provides similar services to 400 million sf.
