The walk-in hoods are available in 8, 10, 12, and 16-foot widths and in 30 or 36-inch depths. Horizontal-sliding 3/16" thick tempered glass sashes with a sash opening of 69 1/4" in height is standard and all have removable front and side panels for easy access to plumbing and electrical wiring. Optional accessories include service fixtures, airflow monitors, distillation grids, and fire extinguisher.
