Charlotte, NC - Little Diversified Architectural Consulting (formerly Little & Associates Architects) will continue to provide architectural services for the Charlotte Southern Service Center of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF), one of the largest and most respected financial service providers in the world. For the past two years, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting (Little) has provided TIAA-CREF with Interior Architecture design services for its Charlotte campus. With the new contract, Little will also provide Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Strategic/Tactical Planning services through its FM Strategies studio, and provide an on-site consultant with extensive facilities/interiors experience to support the TIAA-CREF Facilities Team in the effective space management of its Charlotte real estate portfolio.
