VFA EXPANDS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE PARTNER PROGRAM Program Broadens Access to Leading Capital Planning and Management Solutions and Methodology

VFA announced today that it is executing on its strategy to deliver complete facility management and capital planning solutions to real estate owners and property managers with the expansion of its Alliance Partner Program. Using VFA?s core Capital Planning and Management Solution (CPMS) software and building condition assessment methodology, the Partner Program empowers its members to deliver a complete facilities management solution to their clients and drives new business for member organizations. Six new companies have forged partnerships with VFA in direct response to the growing need for improved access, analysis, and maintenance of large amounts of building condition information from multiple data sources.
Five of the six companies have joined the program as consulting partners:
AFM Consultants, a Canadian architectural, planning and engineering practice that helps institutional and commercial clients address deferred maintenance and capital planning issues; Roof Resources, a Kentucky-based roofing consulting and management company focused on roof design and roof analysis; StationX, an Atlanta-based real estate consulting firm focused on strategic planning for major corporate real estate organizations; Drawbase Software, a Massachusetts-based CAFM software developer whose all-in-one comprehensive software solution helps clients design, draw, track and actively manage facilities; and Kilojolts Consulting Group, a Massachusetts firm that focuses on providing customers with energy management solutions to control energy & facilities operations costs.
Companies who become consulting partners work with VFA through co-marketing, joint projects, seminars, press and trade shows to enhance marketability and gain competitive advantage in the marketplace.
