This release provides a host of capabilities for customers of all types, from those looking for an "out-of-the-box" solution to those requiring complex configurations. "We've added more than thirty new pre-configured business processes, including specific workflows and forms, based upon direct client input," says Paul Verveniotis, Skire's vice president of Product Marketing. "This library of templates allows clients to deploy a wide array of functionality with minimal set-up effort, allowing for maximum ROI in 90 days or less with minimal customization and cost of entry."
Version 7.1 introduces more than 1,000 features related to analytics, dashboards, workflow automation, real-time alerts, document management, contract management, multi-currency, and administration. This release is highlighted by pioneering advancements in the Unifier Cost Manager module. This rollout marks the fourth generation for Skire's cost management application, which continues to be the most robust and flexible solution available in the market for managing real-time construction costs across a portfolio of projects from an owner's perspective. "We are extremely proud to deliver to our world-class client base a cost-centric enterprise solution not available anywhere else in the market," says George Haddad, senior director of Product Management for Skire.
Unifier 7.1 is currently being deployed by organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries, including Fortune 50 companies managing $2B+ annual capital programs. A host of integrated capabilities automate processes and provide executives and managers with real-time visibility into the health of a capital program. Continued enhancements to the Document Management System include many advanced features tailored specifically for design-construction projects.
