BOSTON—March 30, 2004—UNICCO® Service Company, one of North America's largest integrated facilities services companies, has been selected by Beacon Capital Partners Management LLC to provide janitorial services at the John Hancock Tower complex and the Stephen L. Brown Building.

This new account for UNICCO follows a competitive bidding process that included both regional and national bidders. The contract includes evening cleaning and day porter services, as well as exterior services, such as sweeping and snow removal for public and garage areas. UNICCO is also responsible for interior and exterior window cleaning.

UNICCO will be applying some of the latest technology in servicing the account. In addition, UNICCO will also use eProcurement processes to efficiently manage the purchasing of supplies and equipment.
