The Biology component of the building houses both teaching and research laboratories, including a BL-3 research suite
, a SEMNTEM Suite, an aquatics lab, an animal suite, and rooftop greenhouse teaching labs. The Chemistry portion also comprises teaching and research laboratories, including an NMR Suite and a laser room.
