A 100,500-gsf building for the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences with 25,000 gsf of "wet" and "dry" laboratory and laboratory support space.

Facility includes engineering research and teaching laboratories, including the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The Bioengineering Core Facilities are provided for Cell and Molecular Biology, Cell Culture and Bioreactor, Protein Processing, Surface Analysis, Cellular and Tissue Biomechanics, Computation, Radioactive Materials, Tissue Processing, Organ Culture, and Microscopy.
