This adaptive reuse project converts an early twentieth century industrial building in Cambridge, Mass., into a new 70,000-sf Genomics Center for Millennium Pharmaceutical's (MPI), a rapidly growing bio-pharmaceutical company focusing on the development of therapeutic and diagnostic products and services via its unique genomics technology platform.
