Packaging Laboratories

The Procter & Gamble Company
This project modernizes and consolidates two Procter & Gamble (P&G) Corporate Packaging Prototype Development groups into a leased pre-engineered warehouse/distribution facility. The expansive warehouse bays were good for changeable open shops and assembly areas while allowing material labs and offices to be located efficiently.

Family Care East Office and Lab Building Renovation

The Procter & Gamble Company
This project consolidated a Procter & Gamble (P&G) global business unit from multiple locations to two floors within an existing four-story owned office building on a multi-function campus. The goal was to improve functional adjacency for efficiency and increased speed to market.

Fem Care Renovation

The Procter & Gamble Company
The project modernizes part of an existing P&G global business unit facility to provide expansion space and to facilitate breakthrough in innovation by supporting team behavior and communication. The design converts separate small labs to larger open labs and provides more common space for casual interaction. Open offices are provided to allow for changing work group configurations.

Manufacturing & System Technology (M&ST) Facility

The Procter & Gamble Company
This project provided exterior customization and interior design to an existing pre-engineered building for space in which to develop improved Manufacturing and Systems Technology. The project goal was to modernize, consolidate and enlarge facilities currently serving this function.

New England Regional Laboratory

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
The EPA's newest facility, the New England Regional Laboratory (NERL) in North Chelmsford, Mass., is a testament to the agency's commitment to "walk the talk" in achieving a high level of environmental performance in all its daily operations. The $22.2-million, 69,000-sf building is anticipating the U.S. Building Council's LEED (TM) Gold rating and has received the 2001 Excellence in Construction Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
