The five-story Rock Hall houses seven scientific neighborhoods where researchers investigate fields ranging from human genetics and developmental biology to neurobiology. The 170,965-sf building, named for Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock, is located on the University of California, San Francisco Mission Bay campus and is part of the largest biomedical university research expansion in the country.

University of Connecticut
The new Pharmacy/Biology Building on the University of Connecticut's Storr's campus is an eloquent testimony to the invigorated programs in both those sciences, as well as an impressive centerpiece to the school's dynamic Science Quad (physically attached by a throughway to the Chemistry Lab building).

Bowdoin College
Affectionately dubbed the "Brain Building" during its design, Kanbar Hall at Bowdoin College is a three-story, 26,000 sf academic building that reinforces, enhances, and celebrates connectivity and different aspects and styles of learning. It has become a gateway to the campus by taking advantage of existing active student circulation paths, completing the corner of the quad, and facing a landscaped park.
