Study Shows WPR Exceeds Industry Benchmarks

Gives Cisco Direction to Refine New Systems
Built into Cisco Systems' reconfiguration of its Workplace Resources group (WPR) was a Capability Maturity Study to explore how well the new online systems were working after the first three years. The study was completed in May 2000 by KPMG using the Capability Maturity Model from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University as a guideline to develop its own assessment methodology.
