NDR is seeking a Facilities Associate Program Director (FAPD). You are a perfect fit for the FAPD position if:

As a skilled Facilities professional, the FAPD manages a portfolio of University research spaces, housing a broad range of NDR units. The collaborative, solutions oriented FADP supports the following guiding principles of NDR Facilities Management.
• Believe that the physical environment and related elements fundamentally impact the productivity and viability of research.
• Match key NDR resources to the management and maintenance requirements of NDR spaces.
• Leverage existing building resources with NDR professional facilities management to serve the entire footprint of NDR.
• Know that customer service underpins all we do; welcome requests and be responsive and timely, either directly or through referral to other resources.

Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate to a diverse audience. Ability to work in an environment with frequent disruptions is required. 4+ years of broad facilities management experience for office, laboratory, and shared spaces. Associate’s degree or Technical School degree/certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and an ability to quickly learn new concepts and independently solve problems.
