Randy Speight is the Director of Facilities, Space Planning and Continuous Improvement at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Va. and manages the University’s largest research space portfolio. He has also served as the Senior Space Manager at the SOM and a Project and Contract Manager in the FM group at UVA. Prior to these roles he served as a Project Manager with a large national retailer working on new construction as well as renovations and store upgrades. Randy holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, a certified Project Management Professional and has over 20 years of facilities and building maintenance experience.
