Speaker Profile: Andrew Gorman
Andrew Gorman is a licensed architect and current Program Director of Facilities Planning at UT-Medical Branch in Galveston. He earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design at Texas A&M University and his Master’s of Architecture at UTSA. Prior to joining UTMB, he spent 10+ years as Project Architect and Project Manager for an architecture firm, specializing in strategic workplace solutions. He led multiple projects of various scales, including new campus designs and master plan initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Andrew’s current role as Program Director of Facilities Planning includes developing strategic solutions for healthcare, academic, research, and administrative facilities, coordinating campus master plan initiatives, and evaluating institutional space and growth needs.
