Successfully competing for limited funding depends on demonstrating that 1) existing space is being well utilized, and 2) more space is needed to meet projected enrollment. Session leaders detail space utilization and condition assessments, capacity calculations, and projections, as well as the critical details showing a more complete and persuasive picture of capital project needs.
