Erica is the Director of Strategic Development at Stanford University for Land, Building, Real Estate. This group is the operational core of Stanford University and is responsible for all the construction and maintenance of the campuses over 400 buildings and 8000 plus acres. Erica was hired by Stanford in 2016 as a consultant to help facilitate the changes needed to transition from a centralized to a decentralized facility model. After fourteen months as a full time consultant, Stanford hired Erica to help the university plan its future buildings and continue to evolve into creative ways of servicing the campus. Erica is currently the program manager for seven LBRE construction projects, including the future facilities building that is in the design and programing phase.
Before Stanford, Erica left her career in management working for a Fortune 500 company, and spent two years traveling from Alaska to Argentina in a truck camper, driving through 16 countries.”
