Naomi Gross is a highly accomplished architect with many successfully completed large and small science facilities to her credit.
Naomi’s experience includes programming, laboratory planning, and leading project teams for delivering full architectural services on projects up to $100 million in construction value at fourteen higher education campuses in Canada and the United States.
Naomi’s programming work began in health care in 1993, which has evolved into primarily science related facilities. Her intimate architectural knowledge allows her to develop programs that are informed by her experience in laboratory design and construction.
Naomi’s recent functional program assignments include: Simon Fraser University Life Sciences Centre and the largest metal assay lab in North America. In addition to managing several smaller lab renovations, Naomi is currently leading a new research laboratory project for a large Vancouver based Life Sciences company, and is the lab consultant advising the Government of Canada on a P3 delivered new Forensic Lab Facility for the RCMP.
