Jon Wayne Construction of San Diego expects to move into its new two-story, 7,000-sf headquarters in November. The build-to-suit was constructed in 10 hours and 17 minutes using precast concrete wall panels. San Diego-based Capstone Industries installed the PreFast panels at the new headquarters designed by Tim Golba.

General Motors has awarded a team comprised of Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz Architects, Ove Arup and Partners (engineering), and Hargreaves Associates (landscape) to remodel their U.S. car and truck design headquarters where GM will consolidate its U.S. design staff. The project will involve demolition, renovation and new construction, resulting in a total of nine million sf.
